Next Monday, we will begin our summative assessments for this nine weeks. There are two reading tests and one ELA test. Students will need to know the following reading terms: theme, character traits, plot, rising action, resolution, setting, climax, and be able to show evidence from the text. If they study those terms, then they should do fine. Students will need to know what prepositions, conjunctions, and where to put punctuation in a sentence for the ELA summative.
Roots for the next week: We will test on these roots Wednesday, October 8th.
