Math:

Classwork: In 1st period we will finish up the decimal place value unit and will be moving on to adding and subtracting decimals by Wednesday.

 

In 3rd period we are multiplying decimals and will soon begin division of decimals.

 

Exercises: Parents, I have a number of students that are having difficulty with concepts previously covered this year and I am holding these students in at recess to make sure that they understand how to work the problems so that they will be prepared for the Milestones test. As soon as they are able to show mastery over the skills they are having difficulty with they are allowed to go out. Thanks for your support.

Homework: Students are to complete 8 Accelerated math problems, make corrections on pages when asked, and complete any classwork that they were not able to finish at school.

 

Science:

Classwork: We are learning about physical and chemical changes in class this week.
Homework: Study handouts and notes 10 minutes every night.
