A few reminders:
- Wednesday, December 10 is Wax Museum Day! Please make sure costumes are at school by tomorrow, December 9th. Thank you for your support throughout this project. Many students have asked if parents can come. Simple answer is: absolutely! However, because students are changing into costumes and such I cannot give you an exact time. I would guess Kimbell's should be ready to begin around 8:15 and Edenfield's Homeroom should begin around 10:00. We will be in the Media Center. Students will not be presenting individually, rather you will be able to walk around and hear the different speeches of many students at one time.
- Wednesday, December 10th begins full dress rehearsal for the 5th grade musical. Please make sure you send in the permission slip for the Civic Center on Tuesday, December 16th. Your child will not be allowed to go without it! We will be rehearsing the musical on the stage for that night.
- Next week, we will take our text structure test in reading. This is not a summative test, but will count towards their final grade. Please make sure you child is studying for the test. They have notes in their reading journal and I am attaching a Quizlet that will help with studying as well.
